Scanning Process:

Required for all scans (upper, lower, and bite registration)

Note for all implants a 4th (scan body scan) is needed along with the scan without the scan body

Ways to send scans:

1. ALL Scans can be sent via (.stl saved files) to orders@dkdentallab.com if steps 2 and 3 do not apply

2. Cerec Scans can be sent through Cerec Case Connect portal finding us through our zip code 44320

3. Itero Scans can be sent through Itero portal finding us through our ID # 105323

Mailing Process:

1. View and print our lab slip

• Fill out all required information and make a copy for your records

2. View and print our postage paid mailing label

• Place and seal all samples and our lab slip into a U.S. postal service approved package

3. Attach our pre-paid postage mailing label to the outside of the package and mail the package to DK Dental Laboratory
